s/b c/o b/o are all updated accordingly
new function: [U]underlined means pending sell on B/O and/or willing to sell at that C/O but still taking better offers until transaction is made.
for example: Person A bids 10K on a "Unique A" but i place it as
C/O=10K by IGN: Person A-----B/O=15K that means im willing to sell but i think it can do get better offers but if we are online at the same time and can get it off my hands then it is yours. and if both the seller "Me" and buyer "You" arent able to complete the transaction the person B/O'ing on the item gets the reserve.
